-- SUBMITTING POWERLIFTING EVIDENCE VIDEO:
The video must start by showing each plate along with the bar on a scale and must show the screen display
clearly. You must show the weight being loaded onto the bar before attempting the lift.
Keep in mind the VIDEO MUST BE CONTINUOUS from showing the weights on the scale to attempting the
lift. You can't stop or edit the video! doing so will disqualify the lift.
If you do not have a large-scale, you can divide your weight. By 2 - 3 or 4 so it can fit on the scale. DO NOT
STOP FILMING!
Example:
If you're lift is 500lbs but your scale max is 200lbs,you can put 2 or 3 plates each time on the scale. along with
the bar until you have your all your weight confirmed. Remember you must show the weight on the screen each
time and keep filming until after your lift of, SQUAT, BENCH or DEADLIFT is completed.
POSTIONNING THE CAMERA BEFOR THE LIFT:
Squat :camera must be on the left or right side pointing toward the lifter and must show full body along with bar
and weights.
Bench; Camera must be on left or right side pointing toward the lifter and must show full body along with bar
and weights.
Deadlift: Camera must be on left or right side pointing toward the lifter and must show full body along with bar
and weights.
